Top Coast cop faces investigation

photo: GCB

(GCB) THE senior officer accused of an inappropriate relationship with the widow of slain Detective Senior Constable Damian Leeding is Coomera district commander Steve Flori. Superintendent Flori was ordered to take extended leave on full pay after the scandal erupted last month. Queensland Police Commissioner Bob Atkinson has launched an investigation headed by the service’s human resources department. Superintendent Flori held his rank for five weeks before he was accused by co-workers of an inappropriate involvement with Sonya Leeding. [...] Mrs Leeding had only recently returned to her police career, accepting a position working directly with Superintendent Flori. She suddenly left the specially created position and returned to the Runaway Bay police station before taking extended leave after the relationship was reported. The city has embraced Mrs Leeding after the tragic death of her husband and donated more than $1 million to support Mrs Leeding and the couple’s children. Det Sen Constable Damian Leeding was hailed a hero after he was shot in the line of duty in late May as he confronted bandits involved in a hold-up at Pacific Pines Tavern. Read more

GoldCoastBlokes comment: Only 8 months after her husband is shot dead she’s got $1 million dollars of our money and is in the pants of another man already? Cui bono? If I was a betting man and had our $1 million back, I’d bet Steve Flori has some connection to the murder of Officer Damian Leeding.

Suncorp out to boost Coast market share

(GCB) SUNCORP hopes to boost its market share on the Gold Coast and, in the process, help the city get back up on its feet in 2012, according to regional boss Michael Hall. Read more

GoldCoastBloke’s comment submitted to the GCB but not published;

How about we undo what fabian Keating did and make the Commonwealth Bank the peoples bank again, instead of the banksters bank? See Section 51 of the Australian Constitution; It states we can coin out own Australian credit. S51 has never been repealed by we the people as per S128 that demands a peoples referendum to change any part of the same Constitution in whole or part. Welcome to the “new world order” of global socialism cronyism run by Goldman Sachs, Rothschilds and the City of London.

GoldCoastBloke’s comment submitted to the GCB but not published;

With America setting up their military shop in Darwin against S44 of the Australian Constitution and spooking China that are on record saying they will defend Iran, this chicom ‘Jewel’ isn’t going to happen. Well maybe after WW3 and the thermonuclear fall out clears, it might.

Call for term limits for councillors

(GCB) SOME councillors have dismissed calls for term limits to be introduced in a bid to bring generational change to local government. The call comes from one-time council candidate and Elanora resident Gordon Green who said term limits would revitalise an “ageing” council. Read more

GoldCoastBloke Comment submitted but not published at the GCB;

GCB used the term “local government” again. Councils are not recognised in the Australian Constitution, thus they are not any form of Constitutional “government”. The GCCC has an ABN number and a CEO thus making it an upper case CORPORATION. GCB and other so called news media outlets don’t reveal this because Common Law Sovereign Citizens can refuse contracting with CORPORATIONS.

Anti-hoon Crichlow goes soft on Tomic

Get a load of this woman. Feet up on our public owned property while sitting in front of QEII

(GCB) PASSIONATE anti-hoon campaigner Dawn Crichlow was the driving force behind the licence exemption for P-plate tennis ace Bernard Tomic that allows him to drive a V8. The outspoken Southport councillor yesterday admitted she was listed as a referee in the tennis ace’s application for the exemption — and she would do it again. “He’s a good boy,” Cr Crichlow said. “I don’t believe he’s a hoon. “Boys like fast cars and he has to have that killer instinct.” Tomic is being investigated for a string of dangerous-driving complaints involving his distinctive, bright-orange BMW M3. Under Queensland law, P-platers are banned from high-performance vehicles but the tennis star was granted a special exemption by Queensland Transport to drive the luxury V8 to and from tennis training. Police sources said the investigation into Tomic was `far from over’ and they had `more than enough evidence’ to continue the investigation. Read more

GoldCoastBloke comment published on the GCB; “Do what we say, not what we do; AKA Dawn ‘super class elite’ Crichlow.”

Church service numbers surge on Coast

(GCB) A YEAR of heartache around the world may be the cause for an increase in attendance numbers for Christmas services across the Gold Coast this year as thousands packed churches. Surfers Paradise Catholic Parish was packed to the rafters this morning with many churchgoers forced to stand outside. However, the crowd of more than 2000 was small compared to the 3500 people who turned out for last night’s Christmas Eve service. While the Uniting Church at Nerang attracted a much smaller crowd of 100 for its morning service, Pastor Jim Hohnke said it was certainly busier than previous years. ”I would say this year was busier than normal,” he said. GoldCoastBloke’s comment that was published at the GCB;

Praise the Lord, Yeshua (AKA Jesus) Thank you GCB for reporting this. It makes up for the lack of Christ_mass decorations the GCCC (those we pay taxes to) haven’t been putting around the GC at this time of year since the “P.C” and “multiculturalism” matters kicked in out of now-where a few years back. Merry Christ_mass

Organisers axe Burleigh Christmas carols

Not this year, love.

(GCB) THE Gold Coast’s biggest Christmas carols event — at Burleigh — has been canned, falling victim to its own success. The Rotary Club of Burleigh Heads, which is behind the Burleigh Carols, pulled the pin on what had been 28-year tradition yesterday because it could not raise the last $20,000 needed to stage the event this Sunday. Read more

Gold Coast Bloke’s opinion: Only 28 years? Where’s the GCCC helping out here? I’ll go out on a limb and guess many of the shops approached  for funding are run by more recent arrivals from other cultures that don’t give two stuffs about Judeo-Christian Standing Order 50 Australia, Christmas and Jesus. Another Australian tradition bites the dust.

related: Christmas costumes stolen from Girl Guides hall.

Tents, sheds to house Gold Coast Show

2014 Gold Coast Show?

(GCB) TENTS and portable sheds will be used as infrastructure and more than 2000 parking spaces will be slashed as part of secret State Government plans for the relocation of the Gold Coast Show. [...] Tents and portable sheds will be used for most displays and car parking will be cut from 3500 spaces at the Parklands site to 800 at Carrara. Read more

Gold Coast Bloke’s opinion: Ever wonder why our so called government allows $2.50 per hour employee goods from China to come into Australia putting our $22+ per hour Australian employee’s out of work? There’s a global push using austerity measures to drag all well off nations down to third world levels. Those behind this scam called “new world order” are usury Ashkenaz banksters called Rothschilds that operate out of the City of London, within London. More about the plan here.

Push for ‘green’ cemetery on Coast

Son: 'Mummy, where's nanna?' Mother: 'I don't know. I forgot to bring the GPS'

(GCB) PLANS for a “green” cemetery are about to be dug up after years of being buried deep within the city’s budget. [...] Green cemeteries involve being buried in biodegradable, cardboard coffins without a specific headstone marker. Instead, a GPS system is used to locate burial plots. Read more

Gold Coast Bloke’s opinion: Poland, Russia, Germany and many other countries have unmarked graves as well, but are looked upon with shame and sadness. Unmarked graves is an earth worship ritual. Unmarked graves erodes moral issues around the use of the land again later to build other infrastructure on. Unmarked graves dehumanise human existence. Unmarked graves says humans are nothing more than fertiliser.
